Come walk with me Lover, through my mind in dreams tonight...
Come sleep with me in this desolate place that once felt your warmth.
..Come home to Me, as where ever we may be together in the joyous
solitude of each other's arms is now my home... Tonight as I was
laying down for rest when I closed my eyes and listened outside my
chamber door, I did not hear the chime or the call of the geese which
by now is so familiar to me, I scented the faintest scent of your body
and heard the slightest whisper of your voice, and I'm content for
that moment, like the tiniest taste to the feeding of the craving
that sets my blood on fire....And I wish for just one moment, that
my arms could lace around your neck once more, and hear your
wonderful beautiful laugh and see that smile that catches my
breath, and maybe even hold you so tightly as you tremble as a
result of our love... I might even wish to see you on your knees
before me one more time before I die, but no, that would be too
much, it would simply be enough to be in the same room to see the
rise and fall of your chest as you sleep and know that for this
moment, you are safe and with me.
